Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Callum and I am the founder of CRSLTS Coaching. I’ve been a personal trainer for over 8 years and have a wide range of knowledge when it comes to fitness and nutrition. I truly believe that when it comes to exercise, the benefits it has on your mental health and your general wellbeing are just as important as the physical results. Choosing me as your trainer will allow me to guide you through nutrition and lifestyle changes whilst being realistic, I want my clients to be able to enjoy a burger and wine on the weekends! I’d love to hear from you if you want to feel better whilst gaining confidence and enjoying your life too.

4x 1 Hour sessions £220 (1 session a week)
8x 1 Hour sessions £380 (2 sessions a week)

Group Training

2 people £30 Per person

Full Body Fitness Assessment

FREE

During the assessment we will check your mobility, endurance and strength. This will include running through the four main compounds that are, Back squat, Deadlift, Bench Press and Strict shoulder press. We will also visit some high intense interval training (HIIT)

Online Coaching 
£45 monthly subscription

Training & Nutrition

You will have full access to my app which will have your personalised training programme according to what equipment you have access to. There will be a detailed video of each exercise so you can learn form and technique. You can also log your weights as you go and check progression. You will also have access to your tailored nutrition plans which will have a full breakdown on macro/micro nutrients and calories according to your goals. 

There will be weekly Check Ins, around the clock support and none stop accountability in order to maximise results and hit your goals.
